Dr. Weitzmann has been providing nephrology services to Northeast Nebraska since 2004. He provides care and treatment for patients with kidney conditions and diseases at Faith Regional Physician Services Nephrology clinic in Norfolk, Nebraska.
Dr. Weitzmann provides outreach services in our region at Avera Creighton Hospital and Providence Medical Center to help increase access to healthcare in our rural communities. He is also the Medical Director for Davita Hemodialysis.
