About Faith Regional Physician Services
Faith Regional Physician Services was formed on March 30, 2004. Nephrology was the first clinic to open its doors on September 1, 2004, with Dr. Jonathan Weitzmann, who still provides exemplary care to this day. Within the following year, Faith Regional continued expansion opening the CardioVascular Institute, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Internal Medicine, Pulmonology, and Infectious Disease.
Today, Faith Regional Physician Services is the largest multi-specialty physician group offering over 25 medical and surgical specialties. From family medicine to specialized surgical care, our physicians are leaders in their fields and come from all over the world to provide world-class care. They are drawn to Faith Regional because of the ability to practice in an advanced medical community coupled with the small-town values that you also value and cherish.
Faith Regional Physician Services has 11 clinic locations and over 100 monthly outreach services to ensure Northeast and North Central Nebraska residents receive exemplary care close to home.
