Faith Regional Expands Primary Care and Occupational Medicine Services

Sunny Meadow Medical Clinic is now the home to Faith Regional Physician Services’ Norfolk Family Medicine Sunny Meadow and Occupational Medicine clinics. While the name has changed the staff and providers’, Jim Galyen, MD, Kari Galyen, MD, Ashley Krohn, PA-C, Jacob Runyan, PA-C, Stacie Strong, APRN, and Teri Thompson, APRN, commitment to the area’s health and wellness remains the same.

Patients of Sunny Meadow Medical Clinic will continue to receive the same personalized, high-quality family medicine care they’ve relied on while benefiting from the larger resources and connection to specialists of Faith Regional. This integration enables coordinated care across specialties, improving communication between providers and creating seamless transitions between primary care and specialty services.

With the addition of this location, Faith Regional Physician Services will expand its primary care offerings to 11 clinics located throughout northeast Nebraska in the communities of Battle Creek, Humphrey, Laurel, Neligh, Norfolk, Pierce, Tilden, Wakefield, Wayne, and Wisner. Faith Regional will also expand our Occupational Medicine services to provide healthcare to the workforce of businesses in Norfolk and the surrounding areas by relocating our Occupational Medicine clinic to the Sunny Meadow location.

Faith Regional Physician Services’ Norfolk Family Medicine Sunny Meadow and Occupational Medicine clinics are open from 8 AM – 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. The addition of Alyssa Meyer, APRN, from Sunny Meadow Medical Clinic to Faith Regional Physician Services Urgent Care, also allows Faith Regional to expand our Urgent Care walk-in hours to 7 AM – 7 PM Monday through Friday and 9 AM – 5 PM on Saturday and Sunday at our new location at 301 N. 31st Street in Norfolk.
