Caring for both your workforce and your family, Jacob sees patients at FRPS Norfolk Family Medicine - Sunny Meadow and Occupational Medicine. His family medicine services include annual physicals, treating minor injuries and illnesses, and managing chronic conditions.
Jacob also keeps Norfolk and surrounding communities healthy by providing occupational medicine services to businesses. A few of his areas of expertise include DOT exams, treatment of work injuries, and drug and alcohol testing.
In his free time, Jacob enjoys camping and hunting with his family.
